Duo Relief Warranty Policy
This Limited Warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected and cannot be waived or limited by contract. You may make a warranty claim under this Warranty or exercise your statutory consumer rights.
Note: This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased through our website (duorelief.com) or authorized dealers and sellers. Since we cannot verify the authenticity or original condition of products sold outside of these Stores, we are unable to provide warranty support for those products.
a. What Our Limited Warranty Covers
Duo Relief LLC. (“we,” “us,” “our”) extends the following limited warranty to you, the buyer of the Products (“you,” “your”):
- The Product you purchased will match the descriptions provided by us through our Stores or during your direct communication with us.
- The Product will be of reasonably satisfactory quality.
- The Product will meet any specific purpose you informed us about, as long as we assured you that it would, based on our records.
Your warranty will be valid for 2 years from the date you receive your Product. The date of receipt will be recorded in our delivery records for your order.
If your Product is found to be defective, we will provide replacement parts for you to carry out the repairs yourself. In the unlikely event that the defect cannot be resolved, we will refund the purchase price you paid upon the return of the product, minus an amount that reflects the use and enjoyment you had from the Product before the issue was identified. Alternatively, if you choose to keep the Product in its unrepaired state, we may agree to a partial refund based on the reduced value of the Product.
b. What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
Duo Relief’s warranty does not apply to claims arising from the following:
- Normal wear and tear, or the natural aging of materials.
- Aesthetic imperfections or minor differences between the Products and images shown in the Stores, including variations in materials or due to manual assembly.
- Improper assembly, use, or care, including contact with animals or exposure to environmental conditions (such as extreme heat, humidity, high salinity, or pollutant gases).
- Use in any setting other than a domestic, private, and non-commercial environment.
- Contact with moisture (including conditions like hyperhidrosis or exposure to aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation, or elements known to degrade materials.
- Modifications to the Product or failure to follow the recommended assembly or care instructions.
- Damage caused by abuse, negligence, accidents, fire or water, transportation by the customer, or other factors beyond our control.
c. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To ensure your warranty claim is valid, you must submit your claim promptly within 14 days of noticing the defect.
You will need to provide your order number to validate your warranty claim. Submit your claim through the contact form for proper handling, and include a clear picture of the alleged defect. If you decline to provide the requested picture, we may assume that you cannot substantiate your claim or have abandoned it.
Our products are designed for easy self-repair, and we do not have local repair facilities. For defective parts, we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge and provide the necessary installation or assembly instructions. You can either replace the parts yourself or have a third party do it, but we will not cover any labor costs for the replacement.
Please note that replacement parts may differ slightly in appearance from the originals due to hand-finishing. The warranty for replacement items will extend until the end of the original warranty period or 30 days from the date you receive the replacement, whichever is longer.
In some cases, we may require you to return defective parts or goods to us. If so, we will either arrange for collection at our cost or provide shipping instructions for you to return the items at our expense.
If you need us to repair or replace an item that is out of warranty, you will be responsible for all related costs, including handling, transport, packaging, shipping charges, and customs duties.
d. Limitation on Transferability of Warranties
The Duo Relief Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Any subsequent owners of the Duo Relief Product will acquire it “as is,” without any warranty coverage. Attempting to transfer the warranty in violation of this condition will result in the warranty being voided.
If you have any questions about the transferability of your warranty, please contact Duo Relief at [email protected].
