We have created two options for users under and over 175 pounds mainly due to the spring mechanism underneath the cushioned seat. For users over 175 pounds, the springs are made stronger. This allows it to be more effective in adapting and responding to your weight and posture. It isn’t harmful to order the wrong one but it will be slightly less effective in encouraging movement and responding to your posture.

While our chairs have been designed to withstand even higher loads, we recommend a maximum load of 275 pounds/127 kilograms.

We deliver your order straight to your address via FedEx & UPS. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order. It’s most ideal that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.
